Armstrong & Armstrong prepares wills, trusts, and other planning documents to help clients with nontaxable estates plan for their families and loved ones, as well as their charitable interests. The firm also advises and represents clients in probate proceedings. Our attorneys assist local and out-of-state personal representatives and executors to locate and clear title to probate assets. We also handle ancillary probate proceedings for out-of-state estates with property in New Mexico.
